Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew's secret bond exposed

Sarah Ferguson and Ex-Prince Andrew Present 'United' Front Amid Controversy

Sarah Ferguson and her ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the man formerly known as Prince Andrew, are maintaining their family bond despite months of reports about tension between them.

Ferguson's spokesperson confirmed to HELLO! that the former spouses still speak regularly.

"Sarah and Andrew speak regularly and have always had and continue to have unity as co-parents and co-grandparents," the representative said.

The statement comes as both individuals navigate life after a dramatic fall from royal grace.

Andrew was stripped of all royal titles and privileges by King Charles in October 2025.

By the end of that month, he was rendered a commoner — a historic demotion for a senior royal.

The couple divorced in 1996 but maintained a famously close relationship for decades.

They were often called the "happiest divorced couple" in Britain.

They share two daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, and five grandchildren.

Their fifth grandchild, Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank, was born on August 3 in Lisbon, Portugal.

Adelaide is the third child of Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank, joining brothers August and Ernest.

Princess Beatrice has two daughters, Sienna and Athena, with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

Beatrice is also stepmother to Edoardo's son Christopher Woolf from a previous relationship.

Despite their continued contact, the former spouses no longer share a home.

Until this past February, they lived together at Royal Lodge, the 30-room mansion on the Windsor estate.

They were evicted amid the ongoing scandal surrounding their association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Ferguson left the UK in February and spent six months abroad.

She traveled to Austria and Switzerland before returning to Britain in August.

She is now renting a six-bedroom property in the Home Counties.

"At the moment she is focused on the now and has no big plans at this stage other than health, family, and rebuilding her life in a new home," her spokesperson told HELLO!.

Ferguson is "relocating and quietly sorting through 40 years of boxes," according to the representative.

Andrew now resides on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, at a property called Marsh Farm.

He was arrested from his new home on February 19 — his 66th birthday.

The arrest was part of the ongoing legal fallout from the Epstein scandal.

On October 29, Ferguson made her first public appearance in the UK in over a year.

She attended a memorial service for her ex-boyfriend Paddy McNally in London.

Her daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie accompanied her, along with their respective husbands.

The outing marked the first time Ferguson had been seen since April.

In April, she was photographed at a ski resort in the Austrian Alps.

Ferguson's spokesperson would not confirm whether she has met with Andrew in person since her return.

When asked directly, the representative declined to answer.

The latest statement follows months of conflicting reports about their relationship.

In October, an anonymous source claimed Ferguson felt "deeply insulted" by reported accusations of betrayal from her former husband.

Neither party publicly confirmed the alleged dispute.

More recently, Ferguson's spokesperson described the pair as having an "ongoing cordial and supportive relationship" as co-parents and co-grandparents.

Despite rumors that Ferguson is writing a tell-all memoir, her team has strongly denied those claims.

Royal commentator Phil Dampier previously told HELLO! that Ferguson was receiving secret visits from her daughters.
