Tim McGraw Adds 5 Vegas Shows After Fan Demand

Tim McGraw Concert Setlists: What to Expect at 2026 Tour & Vegas Shows

Tim McGraw has added five new performances at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas after his 2026 engagement sold out.

The country superstar announced the additional dates from the stage during his November 4 show.

The new shows are scheduled for May 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29, 2027.

McGraw is calling the Las Vegas run a special, only-in-Vegas experience in an intimate setting.

The announcement came shortly after his induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

McGraw has been a country music powerhouse for more than three decades.

He has earned 10 No. 1 albums and 26 chart-topping singles on the Billboard country charts.

He is married to fellow singer Faith Hill.

The superstar played a major role in the explosion of country music's popularity in the 1990s, alongside George Strait, Trisha Yearwood, Kenny Chesney and others.

This past summer, McGraw spent time on the Pawn Shop Guitar Tour.

That tour kicked off in Bethel, New York, on July 9, 2026.

He hit a number of cities across North America before wrapping in West Palm Beach on September 26.

McGraw then kicked off his Live in Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in October 2026.

The 2026 residency dates were October 23 and 24, and November 4, 6 and 7.

The 2027 additions bring the total residency run to 10 shows across two years.

Tickets for the five new dates go on sale to the general public Monday, November 9, at 10 a.m. Pacific time.

A presale for McGrawONE+ fan club members begins Thursday, November 5, at 10 a.m. Pacific time.

Citi is the official card of Tim McGraw at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

Citi cardmembers can access presale tickets beginning Thursday, November 5, at 10 a.m. Pacific time through Sunday, November 8, at 10 p.m. Pacific time through the Citi Entertainment program.

Caesars Rewards members and Live Nation All Access customers will have access to a presale beginning Friday, November 6, at 10 a.m. Pacific time.

All presales end Sunday, November 8, at 10 p.m. Pacific time.

Tickets for the five shows will be available on Ticketmaster.

All shows are scheduled to begin at 8 p.m.

McGraw's upcoming schedule also includes performances at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on November 6 and November 7, 2026.

Following that, he will appear at Hondo Rodeo in Phoenix on November 13.

After his May 2027 Las Vegas engagement, he will appear at Barefoot Country Music Fest in Wildwood, New Jersey, on June 19, 2027.

He is also scheduled for Cavendish Beach Music Festival in Cavendish, Prince Edward Island, on July 10, and WE Fest in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, on August 5.

Additional appearances include The Bash in Norwalk, Ohio, on August 13, and XRoads41 Music Festival in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, on August 14.

The Las Vegas shows are billed as a rare opportunity to see McGraw in a smaller room.

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace seats roughly 4,300 people.

That is a fraction of the capacity of the arenas and stadiums he plays on tour.

Fans attending the residency can expect a setlist that spans his entire career.

McGraw's catalog includes hits like "Live Like You Were Dying," "Humble and Kind," "I Like It, I Love It," "Just to See You Smile" and "Don't Take the Girl."

Tim McGraw Adds 5 Vegas Shows After Fan Demand

His 2026 Pawn Shop Guitar Tour setlist averaged about 22 songs per night.

That tour included deep cuts and fan favorites alongside radio staples.

McGraw is known for mixing up his setlists from show to show.

The Las Vegas residency gives him the flexibility to try different arrangements and deeper album tracks.

He has described the Vegas shows as a chance to connect with fans in a way that large outdoor tours don't allow.

The residency format also lets him build a production designed specifically for the room.

The Colosseum is known for its acoustics and sightlines.

McGraw's team has designed the stage and lighting to take advantage of the theater's intimacy.

The new May dates mean fans who missed the 2026 run have another chance.

And fans who saw the first shows may return for a different experience in the spring.

The announcement from the stage added a layer of spontaneity.

McGraw told the crowd the news himself rather than issuing a press release first.

That personal touch is consistent with how he has handled the residency.

He has been active on social media, posting behind-the-scenes content from the Vegas shows.

The demand that drove the extension was described as overwhelming.

Tickets for the 2026 dates sold out quickly after they went on sale.

The Colosseum box office reported strong walk-up sales on show nights as well.

McGraw's fan base spans multiple generations.

Younger fans discovered him through collaborations with artists like Taylor Swift and the soundtrack to "The Blind Side."

Older fans have followed him since his debut album in 1990.

The residency also coincides with a broader trend of country stars committing to Las Vegas.

Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban and Luke Bryan have all held residencies on the Strip in recent years.

McGraw's run at Caesars Palace puts him in the same venue where Celine Dion, Elton John and Mariah Carey have performed extended engagements.

The Colosseum opened in 2003 and has become one of the most prestigious performance spaces in Las Vegas.

For McGraw, the residency is a chance to slow down after a busy touring year.

The Pawn Shop Guitar Tour covered more than 30 cities in three months.

He played baseball stadiums, amphitheaters and festival grounds.

The Vegas shows offer a contrast: one venue, multiple nights, a fixed production.

That consistency allows him to refine the show night after night.

It also gives fans a reason to travel to Las Vegas specifically for the experience.

The city's tourism board has promoted the residency as part of its entertainment lineup.

Hotels and casinos near Caesars Palace have reported increased booking inquiries around the show dates.

The economic impact of a multi-night residency by a major artist is significant.

Fans often spend on flights, hotels, meals and gambling in addition to tickets.

McGraw's team has not released exact ticket prices for the new dates.

But previous residency tickets at the Colosseum have ranged from about $80 for upper balcony to $500 or more for floor seats near the stage.

VIP packages are also expected to be available.

Those packages typically include premium seating, a merchandise item and sometimes a pre-show reception.

The McGrawONE+ fan club presale gives the most dedicated fans first access to the best seats.

Fan club members pay an annual fee for that priority.

The Citi cardmember presale is a standard perk for cardholders.

Caesars Rewards members get access as part of the casino's loyalty program.

Live Nation All Access is a subscription service that offers presale tickets to hundreds of shows per year.

All of these presales overlap in a three-day window, which can create confusion for fans trying to navigate the system.

Ticketmaster is the official ticketing partner.

Fans are advised to create a Ticketmaster account and log in before the on-sale time to speed up the checkout process.

Scalping and resale are always concerns for high-demand shows.

Ticketmaster uses Verified Fan technology for some events to block bots.

It is not clear whether Verified Fan will be used for these shows.

McGraw's camp has urged fans to buy only from official sources.

The residency comes at a moment of peak visibility for McGraw.

His induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame was announced earlier this year.

He will be formally inducted in a ceremony later in 2027.

The honor puts him in the company of the genre's most influential figures.

McGraw has also been active in philanthropy.

He and Faith Hill have donated millions to disaster relief and children's hospitals.

His Neighbor's Keeper Foundation supports military families and first responders.

The Vegas residency gives him a platform to highlight those causes.

He has occasionally brought local heroes onstage during his shows.

For fans planning to attend, the May dates offer a chance to see Las Vegas in the spring.

Weather in late May is typically warm but not yet the triple-digit heat of summer.

Pool season at the hotels is in full swing.

The city's entertainment calendar is packed that weekend with other shows and events.

But for country music fans, McGraw's residency is likely to be the headliner.

The shows are scheduled to begin at 8 p.m., which is standard for Colosseum performances.

Doors typically open 60 to 90 minutes before showtime.

The venue has multiple bars and concession stands inside.

Bag policies are enforced, and large bags are not allowed.
