Enzo Amore Spotted Backstage at NXT Fueling WWE Return Rumors

Enzo Amore was reportedly backstage at the WWE Performance Center during the November 4 episode of NXT, according to Fightful Select.
His presence adds another layer to months of speculation about a potential WWE return.
TNA Wrestling star Joe Alonzo was also visiting the facility that same evening.
Neither man was confirmed to have signed a contract.
Fightful could not confirm that Amore had officially re-signed with WWE.
Amore's name has been discussed internally within WWE for several months.
Initial conversations about a comeback surfaced in connection with Big Cass' return to the company earlier this year.
Cass returned to WWE from AEW and now wrestles on Raw as an ally to Intercontinental Champion Ethan Page.
A reunion between the former tag team partners has not materialized.

But interest in bringing Amore back has reportedly continued.
A separate report from Wrestling Headlines indicated that multiple individuals within WWE believe Amore is on his way back to the promotion.
WWE has not officially confirmed his return.
No public announcement regarding a new contract or potential television appearance has been made.
Amore has also explored opportunities elsewhere in the wrestling industry.
Earlier this year, sources within AEW indicated that the former Cruiserweight Champion had tested the waters regarding a possible move to the company.
No agreement was announced.
Amore raised eyebrows earlier this year when a video featuring him and Maven Huffman saw him criticize AEW.
It was later revealed the video had been filmed a year before it was posted.

Amore was highly complimentary of the promotion for their handling of the death of his friend PAC.
During his previous WWE run, Amore became a recognizable personality through his partnership with Big Cass.
The duo established themselves as a popular act in NXT before moving to the main roster.
Amore later competed in WWE's cruiserweight division.
He captured the Cruiserweight Championship during that run.
His WWE career came to an abrupt halt in 2018.
Amore was fired from WWE in January 2018 after being accused of sexual assault and harassment.
The allegations were made public via a Twitter thread by a woman who said she had been raped by Amore in 2017.
Amore denied the allegations.

He was released from his contract shortly after the claims surfaced.
No criminal charges were ever filed against him.
WWE has not publicly commented on the possibility of bringing him back in light of those allegations.
His reported presence at the Performance Center is the latest development in an ongoing story.
A backstage visit does not necessarily mean a deal has been finalized.
It remains unclear whether Amore will return to WWE programming.
It is also unknown whether he might reunite with Big Cass.
Or whether he will pursue another opportunity outside the company.
The wrestling world will be watching for any official word from WWE.
