Hulk Hogan's widow and stepson sued over party rape claims

Two civil lawsuits filed in Pinellas County, Florida, accuse Melanie Sky Daily Bollea — the widow of wrestling icon Terry Bollea, known as Hulk Hogan — and her son, Hayden Hitt, of severe misconduct involving minor guests.
The complaints, filed October 29 in the 6th Judicial Circuit, detail alleged underage drinking, physical assault, and sexual assault inside Daily’s Clearwater home.
One lawsuit, brought by a plaintiff identified as Jane Doe, claims Daily provided alcohol to groom the teenager into the Church of Scientology.
The lawsuit states that Daily learned the minor had lost a parent and was under guardianship before allegedly exploiting that vulnerability.
A separate complaint, filed by Jane A. Doe on behalf of a minor child identified as Jane B. Doe, describes an unsupervised party on March 28, 2026.

According to court records, Daily attended a Real American Wrestling event at the Yuengling Center in Tampa that night while her son hosted the party at her home.
The lawsuit alleges Daily arranged the party and supplied it with alcohol.
Court filings state that Daily was barred from bringing children to the arena because of a prior incident involving alcohol procurement at an event in Cleveland, Ohio.
During the party, the complaint says Hitt sent a message to a group chat referring to the victim as “Free P***y.”
The minor, Jane B. Doe, allegedly took a sip of a Four Loko provided by another minor, identified as John B. Doe, and lost consciousness.

The lawsuit claims John B. Doe then raped her for several hours while Hitt guarded the bedroom door.
“John B. Doe would continue raping Jane B. Doe with and without the use of a condom and even violently anally penetrated Jane B. Doe without consent and without a condom causing severe injuries including… serious vaginal and anal trauma,” the lawsuit reads.
Three used condoms were left at the scene, according to the filing.
The victim recovered one condom containing semen and submitted it for DNA testing with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
“Upon reason of belief… [Sky Daily] discarded the other two condoms as well as removing the blood stained sheets from said rape,” the lawsuit continues.

Jane B. Doe later underwent a forensic examination.
The lawsuit seeks damages for negligence, emotional distress, and sexual assault and battery.
Text messages submitted with the initial complaint show Jane Doe — the plaintiff in the first lawsuit — contacting Daily during the March 28 party to report being shoved into a clothes rack by Hitt.
Daily allegedly replied: “If you’re throwing up, you should probably just go to bed. Lock the door. I’m sorry he’s acting out. Now is not the time to talk sense always wait till the morning.”
When Jane Doe called authorities instead, the lawsuit states Daily returned home from Tampa, tossed the victim’s belongings into the front yard, and warned that “she is too powerful to be messed with.”

The second lawsuit alleges that after meeting Hitt on social media, a minor was invited to stay at Daily’s house so she could be groomed into the Church of Scientology.
“[Sky Daily] is a high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology and always has been despite public statements saying otherwise,” the lawsuit alleges.
“Jane Doe entered into a relationship with Defendant Hitt which was mentally and physically abusive. … Defendant Hitt would physically attack Jane Doe sometimes due to being under the influence of alcohol provided by [his mother].”
The lawsuit claims Daily frequently purchased alcohol for her son and brought Jane Doe to local bars and VIP-style events.
Daily allegedly continued attempting to groom the minor to join the Church of Scientology.

Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, died in 2025.
His widow, Sky Daily, married him in 2023 and has been a controversial figure in wrestling circles since.
Daily has publicly identified as a member of the Church of Scientology, though the lawsuit claims she has made statements to the contrary.
The complaints were filed in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court in Pinellas County, Florida.
Neither Daily nor Hitt has publicly responded to the allegations as of this report.
A representative for the Clearwater Police Department previously denied closing an investigation linked to the lawsuit, according to Ringside News.
The legal cases remain ongoing, with no court dates yet scheduled.
The allegations have drawn renewed attention to the Hogan family’s private life, far from the wrestling ring where the name was built.
