Jennifer Lawrence’s viral moment is now an official Smoothie King flavor

Jennifer Lawrence’s viral comment about a comedian ignoring her on a New York sidewalk has officially become a Smoothie King drink.

The chain announced a new menu item called Connor’s Paid Me No Mind Smoothie, inspired by a real-life encounter between the Oscar-winning actress and comedian Connor Wood.

Wood is currently a contestant on Dancing With the Stars, partnered with Rylee Arnold.

In a BuzzFeed Celeb interview, Wood told Arnold that Lawrence was his celebrity crush.

He had no idea he had already crossed paths with her.

Lawrence later commented on the BuzzFeed Celeb Instagram video that featured Wood’s confession.

“I saw you on 8th avenue drinking a smoothie and you paid me no mind,” she wrote.

The comment went viral almost immediately.

Arnold later filmed Wood’s stunned reaction when he learned he had walked right past Lawrence without noticing her.

Smoothie King decided to turn that moment into a product.

Connor’s Paid Me No Mind Smoothie is a 20-ounce drink made with whole strawberries and bananas.

It contains electrolytes to support hydration, 26 grams of protein, and zero grams of added sugar.

According to Smoothie King, the drink was designed with Wood’s busy schedule in mind, including his dance rehearsals and live performances.

The collaboration is officially between Smoothie King and Wood.

Lawrence has not been identified as an official partner in the promotion.

But her comment is the entire reason the drink exists.

The smoothie became available November 5 at all Smoothie King locations nationwide.

It is available exclusively in stores, not for delivery or online order.

Wood is best known as a stand-up comedian and social media personality.

He has appeared on multiple comedy specials and podcasts.

Dancing With the Stars airs weekly on ABC and Disney+.

Smoothie King is a U.S.-based chain with more than 1,300 locations.

The company frequently partners with celebrities and influencers for limited-time drinks.

Past collaborations have included athletes and actors.

This is the first time a drink has been named after a missed celebrity encounter.

The name “Paid Me No Mind” comes directly from Lawrence’s Instagram comment.

Lawrence, 36, won the Academy Award for Best Actress for Silver Linings Playbook in 2013.

She is also known for The Hunger Games series, American Hustle, and Joy.

She is set to return to The Hunger Games franchise in the upcoming installment The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, scheduled for 2026.

Wood has not publicly commented on whether he has since met Lawrence in person.

Arnold, who is also a professional dancer, is the sister of Dancing With the Stars pro Lindsay Arnold.

Rylee Arnold joined the show as a pro in season 32.

The viral exchange between Lawrence and Wood has been covered by multiple outlets including Parade, TODAY.com, and Indy100.

Some fans have called the smoothie one of the most creative celebrity-branded products in recent memory.
