Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s Kiss Breaks the Internet at Her 31st Birthday

Kendall Jenner is going viral for kissing Kylie Jenner on the lips at her 31st birthday party while Khloe Kardashian was cheering them on.

A clip posted to Khloe’s Instagram shows the two sisters locking lips at what appears to be a celebration in the Maldives.

Khloe is heard in the background cheering as the kiss happens.

The video has been shared across social media platforms, with many viewers questioning whether it is real or generated by artificial intelligence.

The footage is real.

It was posted on Khloe Kardashian’s verified Instagram account.

Kendall Jenner turned 31 on November 3, 2026.

She is currently celebrating with a group of friends and family in the Maldives.

Kylie Jenner, 29, is among those who traveled for the trip.

The birthday group has been posting photos and videos from the tropical location for several days.

The kiss clip emerged on November 5, 2026, and quickly spread beyond the Kardashian-Jenner fan base.

Barstool Sports was among the first outlets to cover the moment, calling it a “50 year storm” in terms of viral content.

The outlet noted that the clip required a “quadruple check” to confirm it was not AI-generated.

Khloe Kardashian, 42, filmed the moment and can be heard reacting in real time.

Her reaction has been described as supportive and enthusiastic.

This is not the first time the sisters have kissed on camera, but the clip has drawn more attention than previous instances.

Some social media users have connected the moment to a past quote from Kendall Jenner about her sexuality.

That quote has resurfaced in the context of this video, though Kendall has not addressed it directly.

The kiss has sparked debate about boundaries between siblings and what is considered normal public affection.

Others have pointed out that sisterly kisses on the lips are common in some families and cultures.

The Kardashian-Jenner family has a history of physical affection that often draws public comment.

Khloe Kardashian has not removed the video or issued any statement about the reaction.

The clip remains on her Instagram profile as of November 6, 2026.

Kendall Jenner has not publicly commented on the viral moment.

Kylie Jenner has also remained silent on the matter.

The birthday celebration continues in the Maldives, with more content expected to be posted in the coming days.

This story has generated significant traffic for entertainment and gossip websites.

Barstool Sports acknowledged that the Kardashian-Jenner family consistently produces click-worthy headlines.

The outlet described the family as “vapid” but admitted they know how to make news.

Kendall Jenner has been a frequent subject of viral moments throughout 2026.

She has generated multiple headlines this year alone.

Barstool Sports specifically thanked Kendall for the clicks she has produced.

The kiss clip has been compared to scenes from fictional dramas like “Game of Thrones” by some commenters.

Others have simply expressed surprise that the video exists.

The moment has been described as “borderline” by some observers.

Barstool Sports took a neutral position, saying they are “here to listen, and NOT judge.”

The outlet encouraged readers to share their opinions in the comments.

The kiss has become one of the most talked-about celebrity moments of the week.

It comes amid other Kardashian-Jenner family news, including Kris Jenner’s 71st birthday and Corey Gamble’s tribute to her.

Corey Gamble referred to Kris Jenner as his “lil wife” in a November 5 Instagram post.

Kris Jenner has not confirmed whether she and Gamble have married.

She previously said on a podcast that she is “full of surprises” regarding marriage.

The family’s reality show “The Kardashians” continues to air on Hulu.

The most recent episode featured Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian recalling a past confrontation with Lamar Odom.

That story involved allegations of a hotel room with roughly 20 people engaged in sexual activity.

Khloe Kardashian said she punched women in the room during that incident.

Kris Jenner said she gathered drugs into trash bags during the same confrontation.

Those allegations have not been independently verified.

Lamar Odom has not publicly responded to the latest episode’s claims.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom finalized their divorce in 2016.

She previously helped him through a medical crisis in 2015 after he was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel.

The kiss video has diverted some attention away from those more serious family revelations.

Entertainment websites have covered both stories simultaneously.

The kiss clip has been picked up by outlets including In Touch Weekly, AOL, Yahoo, and E! News.

Each outlet has framed the moment slightly differently.

Some have focused on the shock value of the kiss.

Others have highlighted Khloe’s role as the cheerleader behind the camera.

The video has been viewed millions of times across platforms.

Exact view counts are difficult to verify because the video has been reposted many times.

Khloe Kardashian’s original post remains the primary source.

The clip is approximately 10 seconds long.

It shows Kendall and Kylie facing each other before the kiss occurs.

Kendall is wearing a black top and has her hair down.

Kylie is wearing a colorful outfit appropriate for a beach party.

The background suggests the party is taking place at a resort or private villa.

The Maldives location has been confirmed through other posts from the trip.

Kendall has shared photos of the ocean and resort amenities.

Kylie has posted images of herself in swimwear and evening wear.

The birthday celebration appears to be an extended trip lasting several days.

Friends and family members have joined the group at different points.

The full guest list has not been disclosed.

Khloe Kardashian is confirmed to be present based on her posting of the kiss video.

Kris Jenner’s presence has not been confirmed in the Maldives.

She recently celebrated her own birthday in what appeared to be a different location.

The kiss video has prompted discussions about celebrity culture and the boundaries of public performance.

Some commentators have questioned whether the kiss was staged for attention.
