King Kenny Finally Addresses Maya Jama Romance Rumors

King Kenny has finally addressed the swirling romance rumors linking him to Maya Jama, telling radio hosts the pair simply "laugh at it" and move on.

The 29-year-old YouTube star and Celebrity Traitors contestant appeared on Capital XTRA Breakfast on November 5, 2026, where presenters Robert Bruce and Shayna Marie pressed him about being photographed outside Jama's London home.

"I don't know, man," Kenny originally replied when asked why paparazzi had been trailing the pair.

Bruce followed up: "Do you guys talk about that kind of stuff? Like, 'aw look what they're doing.' What's it like for you guys?"

Dismissing the speculation, Kenny responded: "Uh, yeah, we just laugh at it, to be honest. That's just what happens, innit, when you're in the limelight? You've just got to laugh at it and move on."

The questions come after Kenny was reportedly pictured leaving Maya's £1.5 million London flat on Saturday morning, October 31, 2026, having spent the previous evening watching the Celebrity Traitors finale with the presenter.

Their appearance together attracted particular attention given the close friendship they appeared to develop during filming of the popular BBC reality series.

Maya, 32, had reportedly split from footballer Ruben Dias shortly before filming began, with reports suggesting she found comfort in her friendship with Kenny during the experience.

The pair were both traitors on this year's series of the show, with Jama eliminated at the last roundtable and Kenny sent home at the fire pit.

Kenny, whose full name is Kenny Ojuederie, was recruited as a traitor by Jama and comedian James Acaster, following the banishment of Hannah Fry.

He made it to the final four before being voted out at the fire pit.

The series was won by actor Sebastian Croft and comedian Romesh Ranganathan, who were both faithfuls.

They will split the £83,000 prize pot, with Heartstopper actor Croft donating his £41,500 share to the charity Choose Love, while Ranganathan said he would be giving his winnings to the Refugee Council.

The finale attracted its highest average overnight audience yet, with 11.2 million viewers tuning in.

The episode also recorded a peak audience of 11.6 million on BBC One, which is the highest of the series, alongside a 62.9% audience share, according to the BBC.

It became the most-watched episode of the celebrity spin-off to date, drawing a higher average audience than last year's finale, which attracted 11.1 million viewers overnight.

Kenny and Jama were also both present at Maya's Halloween party at 83 Rivington Street in Shoreditch.

While the presenter embraced the occasion with an elaborate transformation into Olympic gold medallist Sir Mo Farah, complete with a bald cap, goatee, running vest and shorts, Kenny opted for a more understated orange jumpsuit.

Their apparent closeness has not gone unnoticed by their TV co-stars, either.

Actor Michael Sheen added to the speculation during an appearance on Friday's Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked, where he reflected on the game's biggest betrayals.

Meanwhile, Jama has been busy with her own professional commitments, recently turning up the heat in Rimmel London's latest campaign, posing in a sheer red skirt suit with a daring twist.

The presenter showed off the bold look in a series of Instagram photos, giving classic tailoring a sultry makeover.

The two-piece featured a fitted blazer with sharp shoulders, long sleeves, and eye-catching red pinstripes.

However, it was the plunging front that stole the attention.

Jama left the jacket unzipped low, revealing a sheer panel underneath and creating a dramatic neckline.
