Garth Brooks Adds 5 New Irish Cities to 2027 Tour

Garth Brooks' Blame It All On My Roots Tour is a direct callback to his 1996 World Tour, featuring the return of the visual signature plexiglass and aluminum Drum Pod from his late-'90s shows.
Now, the country music megastar is officially taking that throwback spectacle across the Atlantic.
Brooks revealed on Thursday morning that he will extend the run into the summer of 2027.
The expansion brings ten massive stadium concerts across five distinct Irish locations.
His upcoming schedule will see him perform in Belfast, Galway, Kilkenny, Limerick, and Cork.
Each city on the itinerary will host the American icon for two consecutive performances.
The announcement marks Brooks' first official international tour expansion for the 2027 calendar year.
THE BACKSTAGE REVEAL
The country superstar unveiled the cross-country Irish trek through a playful video posted to his social media channels.
The footage captured Brooks navigating through a backstage loading area while speaking directly into the camera.
"They're telling me there's something in this truck I wanna see. I'm excited," the singer said as he approached a road case.
He opened the trunk, rummaged through the contents, and spotted a piece of paper taped to the lid.

"Oh, maybe it's that," Brooks said while tapping on the paper.
The sheet displayed the five Irish locations set to host his upcoming live concerts.
"Ireland, we're coming to you this time," Brooks declared.
He also shared an Instagram Stories slide expressing his long-held anticipation for the trip.
"I've been dreaming of this a long time, Ireland," Brooks wrote on the social media platform.
THE COMPLETE 2027 IRISH ITINERARY
The Irish leg of the tour officially kicks off in Northern Ireland in late May.
Belfast will host the opening pair of shows at Boucher Road on Friday, May 21, and Saturday, May 22, 2027.
The production will then travel west toward the Atlantic coast the following weekend.
Pearse Stadium in Galway will stage two nights of music on Saturday, May 29, and Sunday, May 30, 2027.
Heading into June, Brooks will travel to the southeast for a major bank holiday engagement.
UPMC Nowlan Park in Kilkenny will welcome the country singer on Friday, June 4, and Saturday, June 5, 2027.

From there, the tour heads into Munster for back-to-back stadium stops.
TUS Gaelic Grounds in Limerick will host concerts on Friday, June 11, and Saturday, June 12, 2027.
The Irish tour concludes on the southern coast at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork on Friday, June 18, and Saturday, June 19, 2027.
A SPECIAL BOND WITH IRISH FANS
Brooks has never hidden his deep emotional attachment to audiences on the island of Ireland.
"This has been a dream of mine since the first time we played Ireland," Brooks explained following the announcement.
"Once you get a taste of how the Irish love music, you can't play there enough!" he added.
His most recent trip to the country took place in September 2022.
During that visit, Brooks staged an unprecedented run of five consecutive sold-out nights at Dublin's Croke Park.
Those five stadium nights drew hundreds of thousands of fans from across the island and around the world.
While that previous trek centered exclusively on the capital city, the 2027 schedule disperses the shows regionally.
Four of the chosen venues serve as iconic Gaelic Athletic Association county grounds.

Pearse Stadium, UPMC Nowlan Park, TUS Gaelic Grounds, and Páirc Uí Chaoimh are steeped in Irish hurling and football tradition.
THE KILKENNY PROMISE FULFILLED
The confirmation of the Kilkenny dates at UPMC Nowlan Park resolved months of intense local speculation.
Peter Aiken of Aiken Promotions visited local radio station KCLR last June and promised something significant for the area in 2027.
Kilkenny GAA ignited rumors earlier this week when officials posted an online teaser across social media on Tuesday evening.
The official 8 a.m. announcement confirmed that Aiken had indeed delivered on his summer pledge.
UPMC Nowlan Park possesses a long and decorated history of hosting premier global musical talents.
Bob Dylan, Elvis Costello, and Glen Hansard inaugurated the venue's modern concert legacy back in July 2001.
Paul Simon and Van Morrison followed with memorable performances at the Kilkenny grounds in 2002.
Country icon Shania Twain played the stadium in 2003, while James Taylor and Bryan Ferry took the stage in 2004.
Rod Stewart performed at Nowlan Park in 2005 and returned to the pitch for an encore run in 2016.
Bob Dylan headlined again in 2006 alongside The Flaming Lips, while Andrea Bocelli visited the site that same summer.

Dolly Parton brought classic American country music to the Kilkenny grass in June 2008.
Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band headlined an acclaimed pair of concerts there in July 2013.
Springsteen was joined during his 2013 Nowlan Park stand by guest performers including Imelda May and Damien Dempsey.
Bob Dylan made another return to Nowlan Park in July 2019 alongside Neil Young and Promise of the Real.
Most recently, Springsteen and his E Street Band revisited the Kilkenny pitch in May 2024.
Local hospitality leaders, including Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel general manager Colin Ahern, noted the massive regional economic boost these multi-night events provide.
Kilkenny Mayor Andrew McGuinness also welcomed the news following the official act confirmation.
TICKET SALES AND PRICING LOGISTICS
Concertgoers will not have to wait very long to secure their places in the crowd.
Tickets for all five venues go on sale to the general public on Thursday, November 12, at 8 a.m. via Ticketmaster.
Promoters have confirmed there will be no presale windows ahead of the general release.
Without presale codes or loyalty queues, all interested buyers will enter the standard queue simultaneously.

Official ticket pricing tiers for the 2027 shows have not yet been publicly disclosed.
However, Brooks has maintained a well-documented philosophy regarding concert affordability.
His official website states that personal wealth should never determine where a fan sits inside a stadium.
The country star has maintained that every seat across his Blame It All On My Roots Tour carries an identical price tag.
Whether dynamic pricing models will impact the upcoming Irish ticket release remains an open question among prospective buyers.
During his 2022 run at Croke Park, general admission standing tickets were priced around €65.
Reserved seated tickets for those Dublin stadium concerts retailed for just over €80.
THE ROAD TO 2027
The newly revealed Irish itinerary represents an expansion of an already ambitious touring cycle.
Brooks previously introduced international dates for his current schedule by adding December shows in Hamilton, Ontario.
At the time, he referred to Hamilton as the first stop in taking the current tour north into Canada.
Before heading abroad, the entertainer continues to satisfy domestic arena crowds across the United States.
He is scheduled to play Kansas City, Missouri, followed by a four-night stand in Seattle later in November.
Fans across Ireland are now preparing for a historic nationwide trek that spans from Belfast down to Cork.
