Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew’s secret bond revealed amid her quiet royal rebuild.

Sarah Ferguson has returned to the United Kingdom after six months abroad and is quietly rebuilding her life in a new home.

She is currently renting a six-bedroom property in the Home Counties, a region of England surrounding London.

A spokesperson for Ferguson told HELLO! magazine that she is “focused on the now and has no big plans at this stage other than health, family, and rebuilding her life in a new home.”

The spokesperson also said Ferguson is “relocating and quietly sorting through 40 years of boxes.”

Ferguson left the UK in February 2026 and spent time in Austria and Switzerland before returning in August.

Her departure came after she and her ex-husband, Prince Andrew — now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor — were evicted from Royal Lodge, the 30-room mansion on the Windsor estate where they had lived together despite being divorced since 1996.

Andrew was stripped of all royal titles and privileges by King Charles in October 2025.

By the end of that month, he was no longer a working royal and lost the Duke of York title.

Ferguson also lost her Duchess of York title at the same time.

Andrew now lives on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk.

He was arrested from his new home on February 19, 2026 — his 66th birthday — in connection with the ongoing legal fallout from his association with Jeffrey Epstein.

Despite the separation and the scandal, Ferguson and Andrew remain in contact.

“Sarah and Andrew speak regularly and have always had and continue to have unity as co-parents and co-grandparents,” Ferguson’s spokesperson told HELLO!.

The spokesperson declined to answer when asked whether Ferguson had met up with Andrew face-to-face since returning to the UK.

The former couple share two daughters: Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

They also have five grandchildren together.

Their fifth grandchild, Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank, was born on August 3, 2026, in Lisbon, Portugal.

Adelaide is the third child of Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank.

Eugenie and Jack also have two older sons: August and Ernest.

Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have two daughters: Sienna and Athena.

Beatrice is also stepmother to Edoardo’s son Christopher Woolf from a previous relationship.

Ferguson made her first public appearance in the UK in over a year on October 29, 2026.

She attended a memorial service for her ex-boyfriend Paddy McNally in London.

She was accompanied by Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, and their respective husbands.

The outing was the first time Ferguson had been photographed since April 2026, when she was seen at a ski resort in the Austrian Alps.

Royal commentator Phil Dampier previously told HELLO! that Ferguson had been receiving secret visits from her daughters at her new home.

“Friends tell me they have both been to see her at her new house in the past couple of weeks,” Dampier said.

Despite rumors that Ferguson is writing a tell-all memoir about her time in the royal family, her spokesperson has strongly denied those claims.

“She is spending time with her children and grandchildren and her relocation to a new home,” the spokesperson told HELLO!.

“She is quietly refocusing and rebuilding whilst spending valuable time with family and close friends who continue to give support. Her 6 grandchildren are her biggest joy.”

The spokesperson’s reference to six grandchildren appears to include Beatrice’s stepson Christopher Woolf, though the family has not officially confirmed that count.

Ferguson’s relationship with Andrew has drawn renewed attention amid the Epstein scandal.

Ferguson has largely stayed out of public view since the scandal intensified.
